Capabilities

We can produce any form of Printed Circuit Board from the simplest single sided up to 20 Layer multi-layer boards with split planes and polygon pour to a maximum size of 100 x 100 inches using blind or buried vias in either metric or imperial units. Working from existing or partially completed designs, netlist files, your Schematic diagrams or our own professionally produced Schematic diagrams.  We are capable of importing data from the following sources; Gerber files, AutoCAD DXF format files, p-CAD, PADS and Tango PCB files, and route files generated by the Specctra autorouter. We provide efficient layouts that are designed with ease of component placement, board processing, testing and low manufacturing costs.

Completed PCB Layouts can be supplied in either native Protel, RS-274X Gerber with ASCII and Excellon NC Drill data, AutoCAD DXF and HyperLynx board simulation formats. Check plots are available in either colour or black and white, with plot files for all windows supported printers/plotters available. Adobe generated PDF files can also be supplied, enabling cross platform viewing, publishing in working documentation and to the World Wide Web. Surface Mount Pick and Place files can also be generated from completed designs. Prototype and production PCB's can also be arranged.
