cirCAD is in a position to offer a Mechanical Design and Detail service from updating existing paper/film drawings to Computer Aided Design (CAD) files, or utilising 3D solid modelling of a new project to encompass a complete set of detail manufacturing drawings to customer specifications. Full or part product assembly drawings and detailed wiring diagrams can also be undertaken.

cirCAD's flexible approach enables us to work alongside your in house design team or offer a cost effective solution to companies with no internal design or detail capabilities.

Capabilities

cirCAD can work from basic design criteria or existing sketches/drawings to produce complete manufacturing detail drawings, undertake specific areas of a project working alongside the customers design team or update project data to implement design revisions. Additionally a designer and workstation can be contracted to work on your premises for a period of one week or longer as part of a team or alone to establish closer links with the customer.

cirCAD are in a position to procure prototype and production component parts through a network of suppliers to customers specifications at competitive rates.

Completed designs can be supplied in either native AutoCAD DWG, AutoCAD DXF, AutoCAD DWF and various other formats. Check and final drawing plots are available in either colour or black and white, with plot files for numerous printers/plotters available. Adobe generated PDF files can also be supplied, enabling cross platform viewing, publishing in working documentation and to the World Wide Web.
